Sucrose stearate/CAS:25168-73-4
Sucrose stearate is a type of sucrose ester. Sucrose esters are products obtained by esterification or ester exchange reactions between sucrose and fatty acids or fatty acid derivatives. The raw materials for the synthesis of sucrose esters are sourced from renewable resources and have excellent chemical properties, good biodegradability, and toxicological properties. The products themselves are environmentally and biologically friendly, and as an important class of natural surfactants, they are widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics, and detergents.
