Mushroom extract is refined from edible medicinal mushrooms including Shiitake, Hericium erinaceus, Maitake, Agaricus bisporus, Agaricus blazei, Trametes versicolor via water extraction, enzymatic hydrolysis, membrane purification and spray drying. Its key bioactive constituents are fungal polysaccharides, β-1,3/1,6-glucan, terpenoids, amino acids and ergothioneine. As natural clean-label raw material without harmful solvent residue, it owns outstanding physiological activity and has been widely applied in food, dietary supplement, cosmetic and feed industries globally.
