AlphaLipoic Acid (ALA) is a disulfide compound of the Bvitamin family. As a key mitochondrial coenzyme, it participates in glucose metabolism and the tricarboxylic acid cycle in the human body and serves as an important substance for cellular energy production. Unlike ordinary antioxidants, it is both watersoluble and fatsoluble.
