Usage
Food grade chitosan oligosaccharide, also known as chitosan oligosaccharide and oligochitosan, is an oligosaccharide product with a polymerization degree between 2 and 20 obtained from the degradation of chitosan by special biological enzyme technology (there are also reports on the use of chemical degradation and microwave degradation technology), and its molecular weight is ≤ 3200Da. It is a low molecular weight product with good water solubility, large function and high activity of raw Chemicalbook.
