Its main mechanism is to destroy the protoplasm membrane of the cell wall of pathogenic microorganisms and quickly kill gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, bacterial spores, fungi and viruses. Chlorhexidine Diacetate is also used as an auxiliary material for pharmaceutical products.

Dosage and usage

① Wash your hands before operation and soak them in 0.02% aqueous solution (1:5000) for 3 minutes.

② The efficacy of 0.5% alcohol solution (containing 70% alcohol) for surgical field disinfection is similar to that of iodine tincture.

③ Disinfection of skin or wound surface Wash the wound with 1% aerosol spray or 0.05% aqueous solution.
